RINA is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Process Specialist for Continuous Improvement to join its office in Rome within the Materials & Technologies Division.
Mission
RINA is seeking a materials engineer to be involved in consultancy activities related to:
• Steelmaking and ironmaking processes;
• Melting & Casting solutions;
• Primary and secondary melting and refinery;
• Continuous casting and mould casting;
• Competencies on carbon steel and special steels metallurgy (e.g IPCEI Hydra project for green steel production).
3-5 years of experience should be preferable but also fresh graduated will be evaluated.
Knowledge of the thermodynamic physical-chemistry aspects is preferential title.
Job Responsabilities
Development of manufacturing processes to increase productivity and/or quality of finished product;
• Process design and implementation of the layout finalized to production optimization;
• Analysis of chemical complex process in all phases of production
• Travel to plant sites to support customers;
• Management of International projects (proposal drawing, preparation of the project deliverables, participation to the project meetings etc.).
