RINA is currently recruiting for a Loan Real Estate Valuer to join its office in Roma within the Real Estate General Management Division.

Mission

Support the evaluation of real estate assets for financing purposes, ensuring compliance with ABI standards and technical conformity with regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities

- Conduct technical assessments of real estate assets, focusing on cadastral and urban planning compliance.
- Prepare financing-compliant valuation reports for individual assets, including technical due diligence findings.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify requirements.
- Ensure valuations meet accuracy and quality standards as per regulatory frameworks.
- Stay updated on relevant technical and legal developments impacting real estate compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Architecture

High School Diploma/GED in Other

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of technical assessment practices and regulatory compliance.
- Preferable experience in valuation or financing contexts.
- Detail-oriented with strong technical report-writing skills.
