RINA is currently recruiting for a Key and Large Accounts Certification Key Account Manager to join its office in Roma or Milano, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.
Mission
RINA is currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join its office in Milano, Italy within the Key & Larg account Division.
Key Accountabilities
The new resource will be part of the team dedicated to strategic management of key clients and will:
- Collaborate with Business Units to support the development of long-term strategies that foster growth and sustainability of assigned accounts
- Support the definition of the Key Account Plan, contributing to the development of action plans and targets for each Business Unit
- Serve as contact point for assigned Key Accounts, participating in client meetings and ensuring effective communication between client and RINA
- Coordinate the multi-Business Unit cross-functional team for effective 360-degree account management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through regular customer meetings, implementing a proactive sales approach
- Monitor customer satisfaction through periodic meetings and contribute to implementing corrective actions to improve relationships
- Promote cross-selling opportunities by facilitating the sale of strategic services to assigned accounts
- Monitor sales performance (order intake, strategic agreements)
- Support the management of framework agreement and tender management processes #LI-MP3
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Philosophy, Political Science or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Knowledge of the certification and inspection services sector will be considered a plus
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with key clients at various organizational levels
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both oral and written
- Other languages will be considered as a plus
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across different Business Units
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven orientation for monitoring account performance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Customer and result-oriented approach
- Availability for business trips within Italy and abroad
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills
- Managerial aptitude and capacity to satisfy demanding clients
