Junior System Engineering

RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior System Engineering to join its office in Rome within the Electronics and Systems Engineering Division.
Mission
Support the specialized engineering team in developing and providing advanced technical solutions to Clients.
Key Accountabilities
Assess clients’ needs and translate them into designs, equipment, or new systems under the supervision of a consultant. From the initial concept stage through to completion, they manage project timelines and oversee all developments. It is requested:
- practical knowledge of electronics embedded systems,
- firmware programming capabilities (C/C++),
- capability of test definition / planning and execution.
Plan technical solution: engineering consultants find unique ways to resolve technical issues without affecting the overall completion deadline or affecting the involvement from other departments or external companies;
Develop project schedules and deliverable timelines under the supervision of more experienced consultants;
Prepare the project deliverables (technical reports, project performance documentation and engineering drawings, etc.);
Provide direct or indirect support to engineers/consultants or engineering/consultants teams by gathering data for permit applications, submitting documentation to officials and other day-to-day duties;
Create documents and reports that detail their assessments, any fact-finding survey data acquired, the project’s inception, and concept planning;
Able to discuss and define client requirements; reflecting a clear understanding in well written technical reports and proposals;
Develop an understanding of RINA business processes in order to prepare commercial and technical proposals.
