RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior System Engineer (Defence Sector) to join its office in ROME within the Electronics and Systems Engineering Division.

Mission

The candidate will join the system and integration engineering team which activities include:

Technical support to the definition, verification and validation of systems for clients from the industrial/defence/aerospace sectors;
System analysis and evaluation against standards and norms;
Client’s on field support for integration, testing and acceptance.

Key Accountabilities

System/Subsystem Integration and Support: to contribute to drafting/updating technical documentation.
Testing and Validation: to support to systems and subsystems test (in-house and on-field).
Documentation and Reporting: to review and update of technical documentation.
Collaboration and Coordination: to prepare and present reports on the performed activities.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electronics

Qualifications

Good knowledge of English language.
Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electromechanical/hydraulic systems
Reading and interpretation of technical drawings
Ability to perform risk analyses
