RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior SAP Logistics Specialist to join its office in Rome within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.

Mission

The SAP Logistics & Material Movements Coordinator supports daily SAP-based logistics, material movement, shipping, and procurement activities. The role ensures the accurate execution of material transactions, coordination of logistics flows, verification of inventory and stock locations, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.

Key Accountabilities

Manage the creation and processing of material movement, shipment, and purchase requests within SAP.
Monitor and coordinate end-to-end logistics and procurement workflows, ensuring timely execution and follow-up of related activities.
Verify material availability, stock status, serial numbers, and inventory locations through SAP transactions and physical checks in warehouses or storage areas when required.
Maintain and validate material master data, ensuring accuracy of logistics information, part numbers, serial numbers, and related records.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels to clarify requirements, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement of logistics and material management processes.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering

Qualifications

Degree in Management Engineering
Experience working with SAP in logistics, material management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
Understanding of logistics processes and the management of stocked and non-stocked materials, including material master data concepts such as Part Numbers and Serial Numbers.
Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and workload.
Ability to communicate and build effective working relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels; basic English communication skills.

Compensation Data

Compensation & BenefitsThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €30,000 and €36,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.

The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
