RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Real Estate Project Manager (JC_1378) to join its office in Roma within the RINA Prime Division.

Siamo alla ricerca di un giovane ingegnere termotecnico da integrare in un gruppo di lavoro specializzato in efficienza energetica nel settore civile/industriale e sistemi di monitoraggio dei consumi

Key Accountabilities

Redazione di diagnosi energetiche, modellazioni energetiche, studi di fattibilità

Supporto alla verifica delle richieste di concessione di incentivi (Conto Termico – GSE)

Supporto alle attività del Team Green Building e ESG su aspetti di natura energetica

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

Ottima conoscenza dei software Excel

Conoscenza di base degli impianti tecnologici degli edifici

Conoscenza di base di almeno un software di modellazione energetica degli edifici

Precisione, ordine e accuratezza nello svolgimento delle mansioni

Capacità di interazione con clienti e collaboratori

Requisiti preferenziali:

Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del sistema incentivante Conto termico 2.0 D.M. 16/02/2016
