Junior Proposal Analyst - Civil Infrastructure

Mission

The role supports the preparation and coordination of technical and administrative documentation required for tender submissions in Infrastructure & Mobility sector.  The selected candidate will be involved in the coordination of entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal and will be involved in managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals.

Key Accountabilities

RFP Analysis and Documentation Support:

• Assist in the preliminary analysis of RFPs, identifying key requirements and preparing checklists under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the collection and organization of standard documentation (certificates, company info, policies, etc.).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Interface with internal functions (Tender Office, Legal, HR, Finance) to collect compliance check.
• Coordinate with administrative teams to verify completeness and accuracy of submissions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to develop the RACI matrix for technical document delivery, and to confirm the proposal content is complete and accurate before submission.

Content Formatting and Editing:

• Format and prepare standard proposal sections (company profile, CVs, references).
• Edit draft inputs for grammar, layout, and consistency.

Compliance Checks:

• Assist in ensuring compliance with RFP instructions.
• Support, under senior guidance, the GO/NO GO process with the BL Manager and BD team, including securing the approvals required for bid/tender submission.
• Flag missing or inconsistent items to Proposal Analysts or Managers.
• Collect compliance check from Legal, Finance, Reputational offices.

Database and Knowledge Base Management:

• Support the update and maintenance of proposal databases, including past projects, CVs, and proposal trackers.
• Organize and archive submitted proposals and templates.

Education

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience Proposal or Project Engineering, in large scale infrastructural and building projects, at both national (knowledge of procurement codes) and international levels, will be considered as a relevant plus,
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal English.
• Willingness to undertake a growth path in the development of public and private commercial proposals.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
