RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to join its office in Roma within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.
Mission
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to provide engineering support for technology scouting, planning, execution, and client-facing activities in alignment with customer's advanced space and defence development programs. The role involves interfacing with internal teams and external partners to manage technical documentation, cost proposals, and progress reporting.
Key Accountabilities

Support the identification and assessment of new technical proposals aligned with the product roadmap.

Interface with technical teams to define required technologies and prepare supporting documentation.

Contribute to cost estimation and scheduling for development proposals (Cost Brochures and GANTT charts).

Review technical documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with format standards.

Support internal reporting, configuration management, and meeting preparation with customers and partners.

Prepare external reports and documentation for clients and project stakeholders.
Education
Qualifications
-
Basic understanding of project management methodologies.

Proven experience with complex systems development and international collaborative projects.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP (VBA knowledge is a plus).

Good written and spoken English; able to contribute to documentation and participate in meetings.
