RINA is currently recruiting for an International Construction Product Manager to join its office in Rome or Rozzano (Milan) within the Certification Market Development Division.

Mission

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our product portfolio, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful introduction and management of services #LI-GZ1

Key Accountabilities

1. Strategy Definition Support:
 - Support in the definition of strategies for product portfolio development.
 - Contribute insights and recommendations to align the product portfolio with overall business objectives.
2. Portfolio Management:
 - Manage the complete lifecycle of the product portfolio, including Services catalogue definition, pricing, and KPI monitoring.
 - Identify services to push, maintain, or dismiss based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
3. New Services Introduction:
 - Lead the end-to-end process for introducing new services, from ideation to supply.
 - Conduct feasibility analysis, prepare business cases, and develop necessary documentation.
 - Ensure scalability of new and existing services, including IT configuration and providing relevant training.
4. Stakeholder Relationships:
 - Enhance relationships with Operational Network, Commercial, and Compliance structures.
 - Collaborate to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the service portfolio and customer management.
5. Strategic Partnerships:
 - Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.
 - Address the innovation efforts of the business unit by understanding industry trends and fostering collaboration.
6. Competence Development:
 - Identify competences necessary for the successful execution of the business unit's strategic plan.
 - Support the development of technical and commercial competences within the team.
 - Ensure the proper dissemination of knowledge and information to enhance overall team capabilities.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Engineering General

Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in construction product management or a related role, such as project management, marketing, or software development.
- Experience in the specific industry the company operates in (e.g., technology, consumer goods, healthcare) can be crucial.
- Demonstrable success in bringing products to market, managing product lifecycle, and achieving business objectives.
- Understanding of product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and understanding customer needs.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and salespeople.
- Ability to develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Strong understanding of business principles, including financial metrics, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.
