RINA is currently recruiting for a Infrastructure & Mobility Italy Commercial Support Advisor to join its office in Rome or Genoa or Lecce or Naples, Italy, within the Consulting Commercial Division.

Mission

The Tender  and Commercial Analyst will be responsible for tender scouting and screening, dashboard preparation for the management team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Daily tender scouting on main web and Company’s tools for domestic and/or foreign market of Infrastructure & Mobility.

  • Coordinate with internal Commercial teams to gather relevant information for tender activities and preparing the relevant effective presentations.

  • Prepare commercial presentations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and market trends in coordination with Commercial Team.

  • Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, contracts, and related documents in the Company’s Commercial traceability tools.

  • Assist in the post-awarding phase for opening the Contracts in the Accounting System #LI-AC2

Education

High School Diploma/GED in General Studies/Other or Business Administration Finance Management
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering or Civil Engineering

Qualifications

  • Experience in tender scouting, analysis and tracking is preferable.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tender documents and to analyze large databases.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent English is a must and a second language is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Focus on Team targets and passion for teamwork.

  • Knowledge of contract law and procurement processes is preferred.

  • Experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
