RINA is currently recruiting for a Industrial Engineer to join its office in Roma within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.

Mission

You will be working for RINA Consulting S.p.A. as an Industrial Engineer in the Sustainability and Business Innovation division. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in the implementation and management of an industrial technology transfer program within the Space & Defense sector. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful transfer of manufacturing knowledge and capabilities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role demands expertise in industrialization, production processes, and the setup of manufacturing and testing capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and coordinate the industrialization process for the technology transfer program.

  • Define project objectives, milestones, timelines, and validation parameters.

  • Ensure integration of in-house and supplier activities to maintain project control.

  • Oversee validation phases (productivity, quality, and safety) of transferred technologies.

  • Manage national and international project tasks, including on-site support.

  • Support technical reporting and documentation updates for compliance.

  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to recipient teams.

  • Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies. #LI-SC1

Education

Master’s Degree in Mechanical Studies or Electrical Engineering

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrialization and production engineering.

  • Strong project management and risk assessment skills.

  • Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Creo, or equivalents).

  • Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

  • Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.

  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

  • Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.
