RINA is currently recruiting for an IT Solution Specialist - Splunk to join its office in Rome (Italy) within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.

Mission

You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Splunk solutions, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction

Key Accountabilities

Advanced use, management, and configuration of all application functionalities of the platform, including:

  • Design and implementation of standard and UEBA correlation rules
  • Use and configuration of the Enterprise Security suite
  • Use of the product's APIs for implementing automations and integrations with third-party services
  • Advanced management of configurations at the application and system level of the platform components
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of major hardware and software issues that may affect the platform
     

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Master’s Degree in Cyber Security

Qualifications

  • Professional experience of at least 2 years in Unix and Windows system management
  • Professional experience of at least 3 years in managing Splunk platforms, fully acquired in the last 5 years
  • Possession of specific technical certifications of the SIEM technology used, suitable for performing the required activities (Splunk Admin certification)
  • Excellent communication and consultancy skills at various organizational levels
  • Aptitude for team work and ability to collaborate with internal work groups and customers
  • Fluent Italian and English
