RINA is currently recruiting for a HW Design Engineer to join its office in L'Aquila within the Electronics and System Engineering Division.
Mission
The role focuses on contributing to the design and verification of complex digital boards, managing high-speed signals, developing power management solutions, and ensuring signal and power integrity also with the use of electromagnetic simulation software tools. You will be involved in integration and testing activities, as well as preparing detailed project documentation and participating in technical reviews with customers.

Education
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware design, preferably in aerospace applications.
- Proficiency in designing digital boards with FPGA and microcontrollers.
- Experience with impedance-controlled board design for high-speed signals.
- Knowledge of power management and distribution board design.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity and power integrity principles.
- Proficient in hardware simulation and analysis tools.
- Good to have: proficiency in using Siemens HyperLynx, Ansys HFSS e/o Dassault CST, MathWorks Matlab.
