RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Head of Technical Training & Innovation to join its office in Genoa, Milan, Rome or Florence (Italy) within the Open Innovation Hubs Division.

Mission

The Global Training Solutions Director is aimed to lead the development and implementation of a global training strategy that fosters a culture of innovation across the organization. This role aims to create scalable training programs that align with strategic objectives and Strategic Streams , enhance critical skills for innovation, driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage. #LI-MR1

Key Accountabilities

Global Training Strategy Development:
- Design and execute a comprehensive training strategy that promotes a culture of innovation throughout the organization. 
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align training initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and business needs
Program Creation and Implementation:
- Develop scalable training programs that address critical skills for innovation across various regions and business units. 
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure these programs are relevant, impactful, and accessible.
Business Model Definition:
- Define and implement innovative training business models that maximize the effectiveness and reach of training initiatives.
 - Evaluate and adapt models based on feedback and changing market demands.
Resource and Budget Management:
- Oversee the allocation of resources for training programs, ensuring optimal use of budget while achieving desired training outcomes. 
- Develop budget proposals and manage expenditures related to training initiatives.
Collaboration and Partnership Building:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and opportunities for innovation. 
- Establish partnerships with external organizations, institutions, and thought leaders to enhance training offerings.
Measurement and Evaluation:
- Implement metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on fostering a culture of innovation. 
- Use data-driven insights to continually refine and improve training initiatives.
Coaching and Mentoring:
- Provide coaching and support to team members and leaders in adopting innovative practices and principles.
- Foster an environment that encourages experimentation and continuous learning.

Education

Master’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Engineering General

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in training management and development, with a strong focus on innovation and change management.

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing global training strategies and scalable development programs.

  • Solid experience in budget management, cost control, and effective resource allocation.

  • Strong understanding of innovation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, KPIs, and performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and measure ROI.

  • Strong business development mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic partnerships.

  • Established professional network and proven ability to build, consolidate, and leverage strategic relationships.
