RINA is currently recruiting for a Energy, ESG & Green Building Consultancy Junior Project Manager to join its office in Roma within the Real Estate General Management Division.

Key Accountabilities

Redazione di diagnosi energetiche, modellazioni energetiche, studi di fattibilità

Supporto alla verifica delle richieste di concessione di incentivi (Conto Termico – GSE)

Supporto alle attività del Team Green Building e ESG su aspetti di natura energetica

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore dell’efficienza energetica degli edifici

Ottima conoscenza dei software Excel

Conoscenza di base degli impianti tecnologici degli edifici

Conoscenza di base di almeno un software di modellazione energetica degli edifici

Precisione, ordine e accuratezza nello svolgimento delle mansioni

Capacità di interazione con clienti e collaboratori

Requisiti preferenziali:

Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del sistema incentivante Conto termico 2.0 D.M. 16/02/2016
