RINA is currently recruiting for a Cyber & IT Product Developer to join its office in Rome (Italy) within the Certification Market Development Division.
Mission
This role is pivotal in driving the evolution of our product portfolio, ensuring the alignment of new services with market demands, and supporting strategic innovation initiatives. The Product Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial and operational departments, to deliver value-added solutions that meet business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities

Development and Introduction of New Services:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end process for introducing new services, including feasibility analysis, preparation of business cases, and documentation development.
- Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth integration of new offerings into the existing service portfolio.

Product Portfolio Management:
- Contribute to defining and updating the service catalog, identifying opportunities to promote, maintain, or phase out services.
- Assist in defining pricing strategies based on market analysis and business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service portfolio, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Support to Operations and Commercial Teams:
- Act as a point of reference for the operational network and commercial teams on issues related to new products and customer management.
- Provide training and documentation to ensure teams are well-equipped to handle inquiries and promote new services effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Relationships:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target industries to foster strategic relationships.
- Actively contribute to aligning innovation efforts with market needs and business unit goals.

Knowledge Dissemination and Team Competence Building:
- Promote the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the business unit.
- Participate in internal workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing team competencies.
Education
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in Information Security management in business and industrial environments
- Familiarity with international standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO, IAF, EA) related to Information Security and Cybersecurity
- Familiarity in product/service development.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in using tools for market and financial analysis, and familiarity with product lifecycle management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- English at B2 Level (CEFR)
- Optional: qualification as ISO/IEC 27001 Auditor #LI-AU5
