RINA is currently recruiting for a Asset Integrity Junior Engineer to join its office in Roma, Italy within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.

Mission

The RINA Asset Integrity team is responsible for the development of Corrosion Risk Assessments, risk-based Inspection Plans, IOW (Integrity Operating Windows) Programs, Corrosion Management Manuals, Material Selection Review, development and updating of Management Systems of the integrity of Assets, in the Oil & Gas sector. #LI-MP3

Job Responsibilities

Assemble all of the data and carrying out the RBI assessment
Collect all equipment / piping data required for assessment
Define data required from other team members, defining accuracy levels for the data, verifying through quality checks the soundness of data and assumptions
Data population covering all parameters i.e. Design, Operating, Inspection, Global Component Settings etc.
Assess effectiveness of past inspections with the help of field inspection engineer
Input or transfer data into the software program and Carry out Risk Assessment
QA/QC of data input/output
Evaluate Probability of failure and consequence of Failure
Assess risk for each Damage Mechanism, Determine cumulative risk rank and finalize risk assessment
Generate Recommendations to mitigated Damage Mechanisms
Display assessment results in approved format and preparing a report (i.e. passport template)
Recommend inspections and implement recommendations derived from the RBI assessment
Getting the report reviewed and approved by involved authorities

Education

Bachelors of Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Materials or Chemical)
