Supply Chain Intern

RINA is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Intern to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the International Supply Chain Division.

Activities

  • Support the procurement process by receiving and evaluating purchase requests, identifying suitable suppliers, requesting and comparing quotations, negotiating favorable terms, and issuing purchase orders

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of supplier qualification processes across all departments

  • Manage documentation flow by developing and maintaining an organized filing system for incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper sorting, verification, and distribution. #LI-KM

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (Spanish is a plus)

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures with attention to detail

  • Availability for at least 12 months of internship (30 hours per week – 6 hours per day)

  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, hands-on attitude, and good interpersonal skills
