Planning Engineering Intern

Mission

Contribute to the planning and control of projects, applying engineering principles and analytical tools to ensure efficiency and delivery within established deadlines and budgets and develop technical and interpersonal skills to provide support to project teams in a collaborative and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, updating, and monitoring of project schedules;

• Assist in the analysis of performance indicators and progress reports;

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align goals and priorities;

• Ensure proper control and archiving of project-related documents;

• Attend meetings and prepare minutes and supporting documents;

• Propose improvements and optimizations for planning and execution processes;

• Ensure effective use of project management software and tools.

• Develop an understanding of RINA business processes in order to prepare commercial and technical proposals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Civil, Production or any related fields - 5th semester onward)

• Fluent in English (will be tested);

• Proficiency in using tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar software (desired);

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Office suite tools;

• Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail;

• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
