RINA is currently recruiting for a Marine Brazil Project Manager to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Marine Consulting Division.

Mission

The Brazil Marine Project Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of offshore, marine, and ship conversion projects, overseeing their planning, execution, and successful completion within Brazil's region.

Job Responsabilities

Manage offshore projects for surveyors within the Americas region.
Conduct surveys and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Work closely with engineering consultants to develop and execute projects.
Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
Previous experience in a shipping company, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Knowledge of classification services and maritime regulations is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel as required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
