RINA is currently recruiting for a Marine Brazil Project Manager to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Marine Consulting Division.

Mission

 

The Brazil Marine Project Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of offshore, marine, and ship conversion projects, overseeing their planning, execution, and successful completion within Brazil's region.

Job Responsabilities

 

  • Manage offshore projects for surveyors within the Americas region.
  • Conduct surveys and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering consultants to develop and execute projects.
  • Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Previous experience in a shipping company, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of classification services and maritime regulations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
