RINA is currently recruiting for a Marine Brazil Project Manager to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Marine Consulting Division.
Mission
The Brazil Marine Project Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of offshore, marine, and ship conversion projects, overseeing their planning, execution, and successful completion within Brazil's region.

Job Responsabilities
- Manage offshore projects for surveyors within the Americas region.
- Conduct surveys and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Work closely with engineering consultants to develop and execute projects.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience in a shipping company, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of classification services and maritime regulations is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
