Legal Affairs Intern

RINA is currently recruiting for a Legal Affairs Intern to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the International Legal Affairs Division.
Mission
The intern will assist in legal research, assist on contract flow management, and interactions with different legal systems and external law firms, organizing and assisting with the management of legal documents across Latin America (LATAM).#LI-KM
Activities
- Organize legal documents and contracts across LATAM.
- Conduct legal research and assist in simple document analysis under supervision.
- Support corporate legal matters, including managing corporate documents and liaising with external law firms.
- Interact with other departments such as Procurement, Finance, and HR.
- Draft simple documents based on templates and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and archive legal records.
- Support on systems in connection with Legal department processes
- Create internal basic presentation documents.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law.
- Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Good use of MS Office tools
Additional Information:
- Location: Centro, Rio de Janeiro.
- Work model: Hybrid (3 days in-office after the first month, which is 100% on-site).
- Workload: 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week.
