Latin America Treasury Advisor

RINA is currently recruiting for a Latin America Treasury Advisor to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Americas Finance Division.
Mission
Ensure accurate and efficient financial operations by managing bank reconciliations, payments, and cash flow control, while supporting accounting and treasury activities to maintain transparency, compliance, and reliable financial information for decision-making. #LI-KM
Key Accountabilities
- Bank reconciliation and support the accounting department
- Analysis of bank statements: cash inflows and outflows and the need for transfers between bank accounts
- Running payments and monitoring outstanding items
- Closing and controlling foreign exchange contracts (“operação de câmbio”)
- Verifying bank records and undue debits and fees
- Give support to controlling, monitoring, and projection of cash flow
- Work together with the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable areas, seeking to optimize flows and financial information
- Active participation in accounting closings
- Relationship with banks
- Petty cash control
- ad hoc activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration or economy.
- Experience in treasurey routines.
- Intermediate English.
- Soft skills: Good interpersonal communication; multi-task; hands-on; attention to details; teamwork; organization; adaptability.

- Office located in Centro (RJ).
