LATAM Communication Advisor

RINA is currently recruiting for a LATAM Communication Advisor to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Global Communication Division.
Mission
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Advisor to support internal and external communications across the LATAM region. This role will act as a key liaison between LATAM teams and the broader Americas Communications function, ensuring consistent messaging, streamlined information gathering, and effective execution of communication deliverables.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and skilled in transforming collected content into compelling communication materials within established templates and guidelines. #LI-KM
Key Accountabilities
Internal + Executive Communications
- Coordinate the development of LATAM Town Hall materials, including gathering content from multiple business groups and assembling presentations in pre-approved formats.
- Support the creation and distribution of regular internal newsletters, curating content from a variety of LATAM teams and formatting in approved templates.
- Maintain and manage communication timelines and deliverables to ensure consistency and on-time execution.
External + Social Media Communications
- Propose, draft, and coordinate LinkedIn content highlighting LATAM business milestones, events, and employee engagement, aligning with global messaging guidelines.
Events + Employee Engagement
- Provide communications support for regional LATAM events, ensuring effective promotion and follow-up content.
- Act as a connector between LATAM teams and the Americas Communications group to capture stories, milestones, and updates worth sharing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams across regions or departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working within established templates and brand guidelines.
Tools + Technology
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint - ability to build, edit, and format polished, visually engaging presentations within brand guidelines.
- Comfortable using all other Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for basic editing or formatting needs.
- Experience creating and formatting content within pre-approved templates.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, for content drafting and coordination.
