RINA is currently recruiting for an Intern to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Energy Procurement Solutions Division. This area works with inspection, expediting, and certification of equipment, mainly for the oil and gas, power generation, and mining markets, serving a broad portfolio of clients across different sectors. 

Activities

  • Prepare measurement reports;
  • Organize project documentation;
  • Provide support in contract management;
  • Participate in internal and client meetings;
  • Prepare and maintain control spreadsheets;
  • Monitor multidisciplinary team activities and ensure deliveries within the established deadlines;
  • Support planning and monitoring of cost reduction initiatives;
  • Organize files and schedule meetings. #LI-KM

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Advanced English;
  • Knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint will be considered a plus;
  • Availability to work 6 hours per day and 30 hours per week, in the morning or afternoon;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate.

Additional Information

  • Office located in Centro - Rio de Janeiro (RJ);
  • Hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in the office (after an initial fully in-person period).
