Intern Contract Management

RINA is currently recruiting for a Intern Contract Management to join its office in Rio de Janeiro - RJ within the Energy Procurement Solutions Division.
Responsabilities

Support document control activities, including requesting, receiving, reviewing, and filing mandatory documentation for freelance professionals, ensuring legal compliance and efficiency in registration processes;

Assist in the creation and update of technical profiles and field personnel qualification matrices;

Support the technical qualification of candidates by requesting their CVs in the RINA format and registering relevant competencies and disciplines in the system;

Assist in preparing contractual drafts to be sent for signature to freelance inspectors and auditors;

Provide support in daily recruitment activities for both permanent and freelance positions (job postings, résumé screening, and interview scheduling);

Support the scheduling of periodic medical examinations for permanent project employees, as well as request their respective medical certificates (ASOs), RAC forms, and file them in their respective folders
Qualifications
- Availability to work 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week (from 9 AM to 4 PM).
- Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, with expected graduation by June 2027.
- Ideally, intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Hybrid work model (after two months on-site).
