RINA is currently recruiting for a IT Service Operation Advisor to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Global IT Operations Division.
Mission
The IT Infrastructure Support Analyst provides second-level technical support, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of IT operations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and maintaining a professional, service-oriented attitude. #LI-KM
Key Accountabilities
- Provide second-level technical support for Windows 11 and Office 365 (first-level support is managed by the Global Enterprise Help Desk).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues (hardware repairs are handled by external vendors).
- Perform operating system installations for notebooks and workstations.
- Set up audio/video systems for meetings and corporate events, including video conferencing tools (HP / Poly).
- Support project-based IT initiatives and participate in the implementation of new technologies or process improvements.
- Monitor and manage IT inventory (notebooks, workstations, peripherals, and accessories).
- Provide general IT troubleshooting for notebooks, workstations, printers, and collaboration platforms.
- Support MFP printers (A4 and A3), ensuring their availability and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Offer basic mobile device support (Android, and ideally iPhone) for corporate telephony.
- Assist with remote access and login troubleshooting using tools such as TeamViewer.
- Participate in server administration and infrastructure maintenance tasks when required.
- Travel occasionally to support regional offices and global IT operations (e.g., São Paulo, Macaé, and other international sites).
- Perform additional IT support duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in IT support or infrastructure administration.
- Solid understanding of general IT troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with MFP printers (A4/A3), mobile devices (Android/iPhone), and remote support tools (TeamViewer).
- Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
- Strong desire to develop technical skills in infrastructure.
- Discreet, reliable, and professional in all interactions, demonstrating a collaborative attitude, willingness to assist others, and respect for organizational structure.
