HSE Senior Advisor

Mission

A Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Senior Advisor typically plays a crucial role in supporting the HSE function within an organization. The role ensures the application of the Corporate and Company policies, developing and implementing security policies, guidelines, procedures and protocols, for the security of Company assets, projects and business travels.

Job Responsabilities

• Understand, specify, and size area classifications, high-risk industrial environments, safety plans, and have full knowledge of applicable standards.
• Prepare technical documentation related to occupational safety.
• Assist the department in monitoring and implementing Health and Safety programs and conduct specific area lectures and training.
• Conduct inspections and assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards prescribed in current legislation.
• Implement programs to prevent workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and promote employee participation in evaluating results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the field.
• Technical degree in Occupational Safety (with proven experience in industrial activities).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Technical knowledge of the discipline.
• Application of software applicable to the activity.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Petrobras systems.
• English Advanced is mandatory (will be tested);
• Spanish is a plus

• Workplace: Downtown - Rio de Janeiro or Downtown - Macaé
• Hybrid work (after the first two months on-site)
