RINA is currently recruiting for a HR Intern to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Global Human Resources Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for operational activities related to data, processes, and HR systems across LATAM countries.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to assist with the registration process for new hires.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including:
    • Receiving and processing documents for newly admitted employees.
    • Scheduling pre-employment medical exams (ASO) for new hires.
    • Ensuring all new hires are correctly enrolled in applicable benefits.
    • Create, update, and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring proper documentation and electronic recordkeeping.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and support.

       

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Availability to work 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week (from 9 AM to 4 PM).
  • Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields, with expected graduation by December 2026.
  • Ideally, intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Hybrid work model (after the first month on-site).
