RINA is currently recruiting for a HR Intern to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Global Human Resources Division.

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support for operational activities related to data, processes, and HR systems across LATAM countries.
Collaborate with the payroll department to assist with the registration process for new hires.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Receiving and processing documents for newly admitted employees.
- Scheduling pre-employment medical exams (ASO) for new hires.
- Ensuring all new hires are correctly enrolled in applicable benefits.
- Create, update, and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring proper documentation and electronic recordkeeping.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and support.

Qualifications and Experience:

Availability to work 6 hours per day, 30 hours per week (from 9 AM to 4 PM).
Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields, with expected graduation by December 2026.
Ideally, intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Spanish is a plus.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
