RINA is currently recruiting for a HR Analyst to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Global Human Resources Division.
Mission
Ensure the efficient management of employee benefits and the end-to-end administration of the hiring process in Brazil, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, and best practices.

Key Accountabilities
- Provide internal support to employees by clarifying benefit-related questions.
- Perform cost allocation and invoice verification for benefits.
- Ensure employees are enrolled in appropriate plans according to company policy.
- Update benefit parameters in the payroll system.
- Manage both insured and non-insured benefits, including health and dental plans, life insurance, transportation allowance, meal allowance, Wellhub, among others (handling enrollments, removals, maintenance, and verifications).
- Liaise with the benefits broker to address department demands.
- Monitor labor legislation related to benefits, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
- Validate monthly updates, such as leaves, vacations, and salary adjustments. Oversee the full hiring process for new hires in Brazil, ensuring timely and accurate registration in RINA's sytems.
- Prepare documents, agreements, and other necessary employment contracts.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding benefits and hiring-related matters.
- Document, analyze, and suggest improvements to department processes. Interact with external entities and suppliers.
- Prepare reports requested by management and other control areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR Management, or related fields.
- Previous experience in benefits administration for companies with over 500 employees.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including VLOOKUP and PivotTable formulas).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of SAP (SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Advanced English (will be tested).
- Spanish is a plus.
