RINA Brasil is looking for a Energy Engineering Project Manager to our Rio offices within the Energy Engineering Project Management Division.
Mission
The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of engineering projects within RINA. This includes ensure quality standards, meeting deadlines, and deliver results that align with client needs and company policies. This person will need to promote interdisciplinary collaboration, maintain strong relationships with clients and managers, and ensure seamless project management from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

Manage engineering projects within the oil and gas sector, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.

Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and other departments, to achieve project objectives.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans using tools like Microsoft Project and Excel, tracking progress and identifying potential risks.

Adhere to company policies and industry standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, making necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.

Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proactively resolve project challenges and obstacles while fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field;

Proven experience in managing engineering projects, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector (3 years +)

Fluent in English (written and spoken); ability to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.(It will be tested)

Expertise in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, managers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle complex challenges, and deliver high-quality results.

Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices within the oil and gas sector.

Collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and team leadership

Advanced degree or certification in project management will be considered a plus.
