RINA is currently recruiting for a Brazil Marine Administrative Advisor to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, RJ within the Marine Americas Region Division.
Mission
The Marine Administrative Advisor will have a focus on managing administrative tasks from the creation of a customer in a database to the issuance of invoices, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient business operations.

Job responsabilities
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle inquiries about accounts, orders, and updates.
- Collaborate with business development to process offers and contracts.
- Manage customer orders, coordinate fulfillment, and update customers on order status.
- Generate, verify, and issue invoices, addressing any discrepancies or inquiries.
- Work with finance to ensure timely payments and resolve payment-related issues.
- Ensure accurate submission of timesheets by technical staff.
- Communicate updates on products, services, invoices, and payments to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and billing disputes, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Finance or related.
- Advacend English skills (will be tested).
- Previous experience in business support, customer service or a related field.
- The advisor should be willing to learn about the offerings to effectively assist commercial teams, operations and customers.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) systems, input data accurately, and utilize other relevant software tools.
- Have a organized and proactive profile.

- Permanent Employment Contract (CLT).
- Office located in Centro, Rio de Janeiro.
- Hybrid work regime after 1 month on-site.
