Brazil HR Payroll Support

RINA is currently recruiting for a Brazil HR Payroll Support to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Global Human Resources Division.

Mission

This position works to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes by acting as a key point of contact for HR operations, supporting both employees and management. This role is committed to maintaining data integrity, fostering collaboration with internal and external partners, and contributing to the continuous improvement and structuring of payroll and HR administrative processes. #LI-KM

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as one of the key contacts for matters related to the company’s payroll, maintaining direct interaction with external partners and the local team;

  • Manage, consolidate, and process payroll-related information, such as hires, leaves, time tracking, vacations, terminations, and offshore rotations, ensuring proper registration and data organization;

  • Serve as a liaison for employees and managers, providing clarifications and answering questions;

  • Manage control spreadsheets and ensure all records are updated and properly organized;

  • Support the payroll team in other related administrative routines.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related areas;

  • Advanced English – for meetings, training sessions, and interaction with the LATAM region (mandatory);

  • Spanish knowledge (desirable);

  • Solid knowledge of offshore payroll (desirable);

  • 2 to 3 years of prior experience in HR operations, with a focus on vacation management and terminations;

  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and labor calculations;

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables);

  • We are looking for professionals with a high level of organization, resilience, and flexibility, combining a hands-on approach with the ability to contribute to strategic matters. The candidate should be comfortable supporting change management processes and proactively contributing to the structuring and consolidation of processes and procedures for the department.

  • Office located in Centro (RJ). 
  • Hybrid work regime (after first month 100% on site).
