RINA is currently recruiting for a Brazil Energy Site Technician to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Plant Engineering Division.

Mission

Contribute to the design and development of instrumentation and control systems for various energy generation facilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure I&C systems meet project requirements and comply with industry standards.

Key Accountabilities

Develop in autonomy the various steps of the design of instrumentation, control, safety, F&G and telecom systems, including preparation of specifications, data sheets, layouts and lists.
Deal with specific studies, in collaboration with other Rina Consulting specialists, and under the supervision of Senior Specialists, and support the activities as member of the project team.

Qualifications

Technical degree.
Previous professional experience in Instrumentation and Control Systems in the Oil & Gas sector and Power generation.
Good knowledge of both spoken and written technical English.
Capable to work in a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to complex project.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues systematically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
Utilize CAD software (SP3D or PDMS) and CAE tools (SmartPlant P&ID, SPI) for project creation and review.
Possess knowledge of industrial automation and programming of programmable controllers (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, GE-Fanuc, Modicon, Altus).
Use analysis and sizing software to ensure project accuracy.

Office located in Centro (RJ).
Hybrid work regime (after first period 100% on site).
