Brazil Administration Accountant

RINA is currently recruiting for a Brazil Administration Accountant to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Global Administration & Financial Statement Division.
Mission
Ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes, the Administration Accountant supports accounting close routines, reconciles accounts, and manages transactions for reliable and efficient financial operations. #LI-KM
Job responsabilities
- Participate in the accounting closing routine
- Receive and process supplier invoices and billing statements in the ERP system
- Carry out analysis of Balance Sheet and PL accounts, in addition to ensuring that balance sheet reconciliations are reliable and controlled (banks, customers, suppliers, taxes, payroll, etc.)
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Accounting classifications and transactions
- Management of accounting provisions, prepaid expenses
- Ability to analyze and interpret accounting data
- Liaise with day-to-day accounting duties and liaise with the accountancy firm
- Organize documents and files to be delivered to the accountancy firm
- Ensure compliance with closing schedule deadlines
- Complying with the procurement requirements
- Organize and run payments on banks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting;
- Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in accounting;
- Advanced English level;
- Intermediary/Advanced Excel level;
- Knowledge of 365 Microsoft Dynamics is a plus;
- Soft skills: detail-oriented, committed, organized, good interpersonal communication, multi-task, teamwork, hands-on, adaptability.
