RINA is currently recruiting for a Brazil Accountant for ERP System Implementation (Fixed-term contract) to join its office in Rio de Janeiro within the Global Administration & Financial Statement Division.

Mission

The Administration Accountant plays a critical role in the successful implementation of our ERP system, bringing expertise in accounting and administrative support to ensure seamless integration across departments, in addition to ensuring that all records are accurate, processes are well-documented, and the transition to the new system is smooth and effective.

Job responsabilities

  • Give support in ERP system implementation; 
  • Good knowledge of accounting and basic task of an ERP for accounting module and give admin support to all modules; 
  • Direct assistance in areas regarding the applicability of accounting and procedures; 
  • Work with accounting database to collect relevant information; 
  • Debugging and organizing records and database; 
  • Data checking, filling tables, supporting in reviewing processes; 
  • Deal with other departments involved in the project; 
  • Ad hoc tasks related to the project. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; 
  • Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in accounting and in ERP system, preferably;
  • Intermediary English level is a plus; 
  • Knowledge of 365 Microsoft Dynamics is a plus;
  • Soft skills: detail-oriented, committed, organized, interpersonal communication, multi-task, hands-on, adaptability.

 

Additional Information:

  • Fixed-term contract (up to 2 years);
  • Hybrid work mode (after 1 month on-site). Office located in Centro - Rio de Janeiro.
