RINA is currently recruiting for a Assistente Administrativo to join its office in São Gonçalo,RJ within the Energy Project Solutions Division.
Mission
Responsável pelo controle e gestão documental de colaboradores no Projeto ENEL, incluindo análise, validação e atualização de certificados e treinamentos obrigatórios, cadastro em sistemas internos e plataformas do cliente, organização de arquivos físicos e digitais, emissão de relatórios de conformidade, suporte a auditorias e apoio às atividades administrativas e de melhoria contínua do setor HSEQ.

Key Accountabilities

Realizar a análise, validação e aprovação de certificados obrigatórios, treinamentos e documentações dos colaboradores próprios alocados ao contrato ENEL;

Efetuar o controle de cadastros dos colaboradores nos sistemas internos e plataformas do cliente;

Apoiar o setor de HSEQ na gestão documental e regulatória, garantindo conformidade com normas legais, contratuais e de auditoria;

Manter atualizado o arquivo físico e digital de certificados e documentos, organizando conforme prazos de vencimento e obrigatoriedades;

Emitir relatórios de status de pendências e conformidade para acompanhamento da gestão e atendimento a auditorias internas e externas;

Atuar em interface com a equipe operacional e de treinamento para garantir a regularização tempestiva dos documentos exigidos;

Apoiar atividades administrativas do setor HSEQ, incluindo elaboração de planilhas de controle, atualização de indicadores e suporte em processos de melhoria contínua.

Qualifications
- Several years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of progressively responsible roles.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position on construction sites.
- Certification in safety management or relevant safety training programs.
- Familiarity with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations and standards.
