RINA is currently recruiting for a Analista de Engenharia Civil to join its office in XXXX within the Plant Engineering Division.

Mission

The Engineering Anlayst contributes to the development and implementation of technical solutions for engineering projects, supporting the certified engineering team and ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations. This role is designed for recent engineering graduates without CREA certification, providing an opportunity to gain practical experience and work towards professional certification

Key Accountabilities

 - Support certified engineering teams in the development and management of technical projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Perform technical calculations, data analysis, and research to assist with specific projects.
- Collaborate in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and drawings in line with company standards.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and testing activities under the supervision of certified engineers.
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and applicable safety standards.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimizing technical outcomes.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Qualifications

- Certification: CREA is not required for this position, but commitment to obtaining it is strongly encouraged.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with technical software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or industry-specific tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
