RINA is currently recruiting for a Administrative Intern to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, RJ within the  Division.

Mission

Development and improvement of management tools, and support for project management activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Contract Management Support: Assist in the administration of contracts, ensuring that contractual obligations are monitored and fulfilled, with a focus on the company’s strategic activities.

  • PPE Control and Distribution: Support the management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), organizing inventory, distribution, and control, as well as maintaining records in accordance with safety regulations.

  • Airport Accreditation: Assist in the accreditation process for airport access, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • PRESTSERV and SISPAT Registration: Collaborate in updating and maintaining records in systems such as PRESTSERV and SISPAT, ensuring proper control of supplier and employee information.

  • Training and Certificate Control: Support the organization and tracking of mandatory training, assisting in the issuance of certificates and monitoring of deadlines.

  • Equipment Management Support: Assist in the organization and control of notebooks and other equipment for new employees, ensuring proper delivery and maintaining accurate records.

  • Petrobras Requests: Support the management of specific client requests, such as those from Petrobras, assisting in communication and ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.

  • Project Management Support: Provide administrative support to the project management team, assisting in schedule organization, deadline control, and activity tracking.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (expected graduation in 2027)

  • Intermediate English

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of Power BI (desirable)

  • Proactive, organized, and good communication skills

  • Availability to work as an intern for 6 hours per day
