Project Controller, PMO - Cork

Exceptional Project Controller required to join RINA’s Project Office, accountable for coordinating and maintaining all projects within a complex PMO. You will be a key support in the design and development of a critical Infrastructure Programme, which will deliver downstream energy to Ireland.
This role will be based in Cork, Ireland.
Responsibilities will include:
· Input and maintain the accuracy of project budget data;
· Support in the preparation of contractual and planning documentation;
· Facilitate meetings and take/document meeting minutes;
· Monitor project progress, identify issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track;
· Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· At least five years’ Project Controls experience, preferably within a Project Management Office;
· No sector specialism required, but an interest in Energy and/or Engineering would be desirable;
· Understanding of Project Management governance, processes and tools including; planning, progress tracking, risk and issue management frameworks;
· Successful in establishing strong and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues;
· Strong written and verbal communication skills; a keen eye for detail;
· Strong MS Office expertise, with advanced Excel skills;
· To succeed you will be responsive, confident, concise, resilient and able to adapt;
· Must live within commutable distance of Cork; we are unable to support with relocation costs;
· Must be an Irish citizen, or have right to work in a permanent position. We are unable to sponsor work visa for this position.
