RINA is currently recruiting for a Europe Supply Chain Buyer to join its office in Greece within the International Supply Chain Division.

Mission

The Junior Buyer will assist in the Supply Chain process by researching supplier information, evaluating potential suppliers and validating supplier orders submitted by Business Units. This role is integral to ensuring that our Supply Chain activities are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s goals and compliance requirements.

Key Accountabilities

Support Development & Implementation of Supply Chain Strategy
- Assist in aligning Supply Chain activities with guidelines, policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Supplier Scouting & Segmentation
- Help maintain and update the Vendor List with suitable suppliers.
Performance Management
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of supplier performance scorecards and risk passports.
Risk Assessment
- Support the risk passport process to identify and mitigate Supply Chain risks.
Supplier Evaluation
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance in terms of operations, legal compliance, quality, Supply Chain, ESG, and overall compliance.
RFQ Management
- Issue Requests for Quotation and manage the receipt and initial evaluation of bids.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Provide initial analysis and reporting of purchasing management data.
Supplier Assessment
- Conduct basic assessments of supplier capabilities and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
Technical Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Business for technical evaluations and participate in Tender Clarification Meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration Finance Management

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Chain management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes and supplier evaluation techniques.
- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Advanced level of English and Greek
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Supply Chain software.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
