RINA is currently recruiting for a DOP/IGP Certification Support - Maternity Cover to join its office in Pescara (Italy) within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.
This is a fixed-term opportunity to join our team as part of a maternity leave cover. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Mission
You will support the team in the execution of food certification activities related to DOP/IGP schemes. This junior role offers the opportunity to contribute to key processes, develop technical knowledge in the agri-food sector, and collaborate with experienced professionals in ensuring compliance with quality and traceability standards. #LI-MR1
Key Accountabilities
Skill Development
Take part in training sessions and learning opportunities to build technical skills in line with industry standards and best practices.
Support to Certification Activities
Assist the team in monitoring certification-related activities by helping collect data and prepare the necessary documentation.
Data Management
Help manage and update customer records and other information relevant to the DOP/IGP certification processes.
Customer and Team Interaction
Support the team in maintaining technical relationships with clients and service providers, helping address any technical issues when needed.
Education
Qualifications

Basic knowledge of DOP/IGP certification schemes and traceability systems in the agri-food sector

Familiarity with the wine industry and relevant regulatory frameworks is a plus

Good communication and teamwork skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong motivation to learn and grow in the certification field
