RINA is currently recruiting for a Europe Mobility Commercial Director to join its office in Paris, France within the Europe Engineering Commercial Management Division.
Mission
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our portfolio in the infrastructure and mobility market across Europe, focusing on Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland) and Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic). Reporting to the Regional Director, you will identify opportunities in public/private tenders, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth in EPC, FEED, and sustainable mobility projects (railways, smart mobility, energy interconnectors).
Key Accountabilities
- Market analysis and intelligence on infrastructure tenders (railways, ports, roads, electric mobility) in target markets.
- Pipeline development, partnership negotiation with key players
- Full sales cycle management: lead generation, proposal writing, contract closing.
- Networking at conferences and events (e.g., InnoTrans, Nordics transport forums) and stakeholder relationships.
- KPI monitoring for business development and strategic reporting. #LI-AU5
Education
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields; MBA or project management certifications is considered a plus.
- 8+ years in business development and commercial experience preferably within infrastructure/mobility, preferably in EPC/engineering consulting
- Deep knowledge of European markets, including competition and stakeholders, with hands-on experience in Nordics or/and Central Europe.
- Fluency in English is mandatory and preferably in Scandinavian/German language; Italian is appreciated.
- Analytical skills for market intelligence, CRM (Salesforce), and tender platforms
- Willingness to travel frequently (30-50%) across Europe.
- Previous rail experience is a plus
