RINA is currently recruiting for a Product Assurance Engineer to join its office in Napoli (Fusaro) within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.
Mission
We are seeking a Product Assurance Engineer to ensure compliance with quality standards and processes in aerospace and defense projects. The selected candidate will support product quality assurance activities, manage non-conformities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the resolution of incoming quality issues.
- Verify that Quality Notifications (QN - NI, NT, and CD types) are correctly filled in all required fields.
- Assist in managing actions arising from Manufacturing Change Control Boards (CCB).
- Participate in Non-Conformance Review Boards (NCRB) to support QN analysis.
- Provide support in drafting and monitoring corrective actions.
- Assist in the acceptance inspection of program-related items, including visual checks, test verification, and process documentation review.

Education
Qualifications
- Knowledge of UNI EN 9100:2018 and/or ISO 9001 standards.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
