RINA is currently recruiting for a Product Assurance Engineer to join its office in Fusaro within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.

Mission

We are looking for a Product Assurance Engineer to support quality assurance activities in the Microelectronics & Surface Mount Technology (SMT) field. The selected candidate will ensure that products, both internal and customer-delivered, comply with quality, contractual, and industry standards while supporting the development, qualification, and setup of production lines.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure the correct application of the Quality System in alignment with the Project Quality Plan.
Support project teams in all phases of development, qualification, and production setup for Microelectronics & SMT.
Contribute to the creation and updating of procedures required for the qualification of processes and equipment.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project milestones.
Assist in the review and preparation of technical documentation, procedures, and compliance reports.
Actively participate in internal and customer quality reviews, audits, and assessments.

Education

Master’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 9100, and international quality standards for electronics and RF/digital systems.
Experience in product qualification and special process monitoring.
Familiarity with electronic design, RF, and digital electronics production processes.
Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work in multinational project teams and travel nationally/internationally if required.
