RINA is currently recruiting for a Lazio, Sardegna & Campania Certification Lead Auditor to join its office in Naples, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.

Key Accountabilities
As a Certification Lead Auditor, your primary responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive management of audit programs, ensuring they are meticulously prepared, controlled, and aligned with both organizational objectives and industry best practices.
Your duties will include thorough document reviews of customer management systems encompassing manuals, procedures, protocols, and related records to validate compliance rigorously.
You will lead the audit planning processes by coordinating effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure audit activities are executed seamlessly and efficiently.
Active participation and leadership during audits are essential; you will conduct thorough interviews, detailed note-taking, and accurate assessment of management system implementations to produce insightful findings.
One of your critical tasks is to identify and classify audit results, including non-conformities and opportunities for improvement, facilitating transparency and actionable follow-up.
You will be responsible for drafting comprehensive audit reports that clearly communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to support informed certification decisions.
Managing the complete follow-up process is key, involving tracking of corrective actions and ensuring timely resolution to maintain compliance and customer satisfaction.
Conducting technical reviews of audit documentation enables you to provide expert validation and certification decisions, underscoring your role as a subject matter expert.
Maintaining and enhancing your professional skills and certifications is expected to ensure your expertise remains current with evolving standards and regulatory frameworks.
You will monitor and evaluate the performance of certification resources, offering guidance and support to maintain operational excellence.
Efficient data management practices will be required to keep customer and audit information accurate and up to date.
Building strong relationships through technical meetings with clients will be essential, promoting trust and addressing any technical queries or concerns.
Overall, your role will contribute substantially to sustaining the quality and credibility of the certification services provided by RINA Services S.p.A.
Education
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in auditing, specifically within management systems or industry standards (ISO, etc.).
- Strong understanding of audit planning, execution, and reporting processes.
- Proven ability to lead and manage audit programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry requirements.
- Expertise in conducting document reviews, identifying non-conformities, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Skilled in technical reviews and defining audit results, including corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting interviews, reporting findings, and engaging with customers.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong ability to monitor resource performance and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Up-to-date qualifications and certifications, including Lead Auditor certification (ISO, etc.).
