RINA is currently recruiting for a Lazio, Sardegna & Campania Certification Lead Auditor to join its office in Naples, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.

Mission

The role focuses on planning, conducting, and managing audits within our certification business related to the different certification schemes. #LI-MC1

Key Accountabilities

  • Audit Program Management: You will prepare, manage, and control the audit program to align with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Document Review: Conduct thorough reviews of customer management system documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Audit Planning: Plan audits in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Audit Participation: Lead and participate in audits, conducting interviews and assessing management systems.
  • Audit Result Definition: Identify and define audit results, including findings and recommendations for certification decisions.
  • Report Generation: Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings and recommendations.
  • Follow-Up Management: Manage the follow-up process, tracking non-conformities and ensuring resolution.
  • Technical Review: Conduct technical reviews and propose certification decisions based on analysis.
  • Skill Maintenance: Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
  • Resource Performance Monitoring: Monitor resource performance and provide guidance.
  • Data Management: Maintain updated records relevant to the audit process.
  • Customer Engagement: Manage technical meetings with customers to build relationships and address concerns.

 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Business Administration Finance Management
Master’s Degree

Qualifications

Demonstrate the ability to verify and evaluate an organization's processes, understand technical regulations and reference laws in environmental, energy, and safety fields such as ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 50001, ISO 45001, and EMAS.
