RINA is currently recruiting for a General Services Advisor - Data Entry for Credit Collection Internship to join its office in Napoli, Italy within the Italy Food Certification Division.

Mission

The General Services Advisor - Data Entry for Credit Collection will support the company’s data management processes through the analysis, verification, and correction of business records. The resource will contribute to improving data accuracy and consistency within company systems while acquiring hands-on experience in data governance and quality assurance. #LI-DC2 

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze and verify the accuracy of personal and corporate data in internal systems.

  • Enter, update, and correct information within the company database.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies.

  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of all managed information.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management and standardization.

Education

High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s Degree

Qualifications

  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

  • Strong attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills

  • Interest in data management and analysis

  • Willingness to work both independently and within a team

  • Motivation to learn and develop professional skills in a dynamic environment

  • Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
