RINA is currently recruiting for a Procurement Solutions_Technical Recruiting Support Associate to join its office in Mumbai/Delhi within the Energy Procurement Solutions Division.
Mission
The Technical Recruiter Support primary objective is to assist the Business selecting and recruiting technical candidates accordingly to goals for network growth

Key Accountabilities
1. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, file maintenance, and documentation.
- provide support on short term task oriented actions
- is able to give detailed instructions and / or on-the-job demonstrations (eg inductions, handovers)
2. Database Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and current information.
- Ensure data integrity and completeness in the recruitment systems.
3. Reporting:
- Provide updates to the recruitment team and management as needed.
4. Continuous Improvement :
- improves knowledge and capability through a range of activities
- continually developes skills, knowledge and expertise
- is driven to deliver technical/ professional understanding
- gaining deeper knowledge of all elements and aspects of functional capability gained from training/ education and hands on experience; work reviewed and approved by others with continual learning
5. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in handling candidate information.
- Assist in maintaining records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Education
Qualifications
Experience:
- Previous experience in administrative support or recruitment coordination is advantageous.
- Familiarity with technical recruitment processes and terminology is a plus.
Technical Aptitude:
- Basic understanding of technical roles, skills, and requirements in the vendor inspection and expediting field.
