Solar PV & BESS Experts & Supervisors

RINA is expanding its network of site-based experts and supervisors to support utility-scale Photovoltaic (Solar) plant and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction projects worldwide.
If you have proven experience in Solar plant construction supervision and site execution for renewables, we’d like to connect for upcoming assignments.

Disciplines / Profiles of Interest

• Civil Construction Supervisors / Inspectors (earthworks, roads, foundations, drainage, fencing, concrete)
• Electrical Supervisors / Inspectors (LV/MV) (cable laying, terminations, testing, QA/QC, energization readiness)
• HSE Supervisors / HSE Officers (site safety management, PTW, inspections, audits, incident reporting)
• (Optional/plus) HV / Substation, Commissioning, QA/QC / Document Control profiles with PV/BESS background

Typical Responsibilities (depending on role)

• Supervise site activities ensuring compliance with HSE, quality standards, and project schedule
• Monitor construction progress and support daily coordination with EPC/contractors/subcontractors
• Verify method statements, inspections, test records, and site documentation
• Identify risks, non-conformities, and corrective actions; support punch list management
• Produce clear daily/weekly reporting (progress, issues, HSE, QA/QC)

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in utility-scale PV plants and/or BESS construction (site-based roles)
• Solid understanding of construction workflows, contractor management, and site reporting
• Familiarity with HSE practices and site permit systems (PTW), depending on position
• Willingness to work on-site (national and/or international mobility depending on projects)
• Good English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant technical degree/diploma or professional certification (discipline-related)

Opportunities may include contract/freelance or project-based assignments, with varying rotations and durations depending on project needs
